Terms and conditions

It is my goal to provide a private, risk-free purchasing experience.
Legal Construction
The proper and Curial law of this terms and conditions of sale is the Law of Belize.
Goods may be collected or ordered for despatch from the seller. Discrepancies in quantity or specification on telephone orders will be the customer’s responsibility unless the order is confirmed in writing, prior to despatch.
Method of Payment
All orders must be paid for before despatch. The property of the goods will not pass to the customer until payment is made in full, even when the goods have passed to a third party.
Packing and Cases
A packing and crating charge may be levied in certain circumstances.
Handling and Delivery Charges
Goods will be delivered at cost.
Guarantee and Safety
The seller neither implies nor attaches any guarantee of performance or otherwise, other than that issued by the manufacturer and only pass on such guarantee. All purchases from the seller is sold on the understanding that the purchaser has knowledge of and will use in accordance with current Safety Standards.
Warranty
The seller shall not be liable for defects arising out of materials provided or out of designs or specifications stipulated by the customer. Liability of the seller shall apply only in respect of defects that appear when the goods have been used strictly in accordance with conditions of operation (if any) provided for by the contract or agreement and in any event only where the use has been reasonable and proper. In particular but without prejudice to the generally of the foregoing no defects arising from the customer’s faulty operation or maintenance or from alterations carried out without the consent of the seller in writing or from repairs carried out improperly by the customer or purchaser can fall within the warranty nor does it cover deterioration due to normal wear and tear.
Limitation of damage
The seller shall in no way be liable for the following loss or damage howsoever caused and whether or not the same is foreseeable by the seller or is held to be so namely economic loss (meaning loss of profits, business, revenue, goodwill and any anticipated savings or loan charges or any interest of any description) or any other special indirect or consequential loss or damage (other than additional costs actually reasonably and necessary incurred by the customer as a result of any default by the company) nor for any claims or any part of any claims made against the customer by any other party nor for any costs, expenses or any other disbursements arising therefrom.
Infringement of rights of third parties
Goods for Return
All goods and materials are purchased on an 'as is' basis and are therefore not returnable under any circumstances whatsoever unless by prior written agreement that the goods or materials are returnable.
Claims
Any claim for faulty goods, damage in transit or shortages must be made in writing within three working days of delivery, and may be invalidated by a "clear" signature.
Price Changes
Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Customers will be notified of price changes on receipt of order.
The customer warrants; that any design specification, drawing or model or instruction given by the customer to the seller does not infringe any letters, patent, trademark or copyright in the execution of the contract or of the provisions of any agreement to which the customer is a party, also that any goods supplied by Artemis will not be used in a manner or for any purpose or in combination with any other goods or materials so as to constitute any infringement of any letters, patent, registered design, trademark or copyright or of the provisions of any agreement to which the customer is a third party. The customer will indemnify the seller against any claim arising under any of the above and against all costs and damages incurred in respect of any such claim and for which the seller may become liable.
